Temporary profession is for three to nine years. During this time called the juniorate, the Sister participates in courses and workshops to further foster her religious commitment, participates in ministry and when necessary, prepares professionally for ministry in the Church and Congregation.

Accompanied by the temporary professed director, the Sister in temporary vows discerns if she is ready to profess final vows, and a “year of intent” is declared. This year includes a process of prayer and deep reflection in order to integrate all the lived experiences. The major superior admits the Sister to final vows.

Even after perpetual profession the spiritual life requires continuous deepening and moves the Sister more into the mystery of Christ. Therefore the community encourages and supports all members in their spiritual and professional growth.
